2014 Annual Summary Conference of Yinfeng Biological Group., Ltd. Was Held Successfully

On January 25, 2015, the 2014 Annual Summary Conference was organized and held in Yinfeng Biological Group., Ltd. All the staff of Biological Group attended the summary conference and the leaders at all levels of the holding group attended on invitation.


The conference was divided into three parts. In the first part, Sheng Dewei, the president of Biological Group, conducted the training on Process Management for us. Combined with the recent sop process rearrangement carried out by the company at the beginning of this year, he elaborated the importance of process management in the work and pointed out the key emphasis in work of process rearrangement. Finally Sheng pointed out that the process management would be established as the management purport of Biological Group in 2015 to make the process manage the enterprise so as to make our work more smooth and more simple and improve job implementation capacity.


In the second part, the directors of all functional departments summarized and analyzed the work in 2014. The departments alls expressed their own opinions and together contributed ideas and exerted efforts for the development of Biological Group. In the conference, President Sheng and Li Bo, the deputy director of the Supervision Department read out the 2014 Work Evaluation Results and 2014 Audit Supervision Report on the Biological Group. The report showed that there were still some issues in the annual work of the Biological Group but the work achievements of the Biological Group still got the high affirmation of the holding group. Finally Peng Xiuling, the chairman of Biological Group, gave a summary speech.
